question :)

I have a little question:
what are giving higher lvls of guild? is there any profits for guild? what should members to do to get higher lvl? what leader should do?
i know that is a lot of question, but please answer it if u can- im newbie ^^

higher lvls of the guild:
- at lvl 60 members get green weapon (worth 1,000,000)
- acces to the guild item bank
- not much more then other members

profits for the guild:
- if we win a TW, we get 10,000,000 gold every week
- sometimes we do guild FB runs, or HH runs. Items and gold will go to the guild bank

what members should do to get a title:
- be active, friendly, talkative, show interrest in making the guild better, recruit, get high lvl, etc..

leader (you mean guild master?) :
-try to keep the guild balanced, friendly chatting, helpfull, give guild chance to enter TW, recruit, etc etc.

Place where you have monsters and bosses.
Bosses drop materials you need to make green weapon..
